Asus Launch Two New TUF Gaming Monitors at Computex 2026

Asus have unveiled a couple of new gaming monitors in their TUF Gaming Series 5 line-up at Computex, aimed at gamers. The VG34WQML5F is an 34” ultrawide Fast VA panel, with a 3440 x 1440 resolution and 240Hz refresh rate, which can be doubled to 480Hz at 1270 x 720 using a dual mode function, while the VG27AQML5F is a 27” sized Fast IPS panel with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and 320Hz refresh rate. Both feature a redesigned stand with a compact footprint, allowing you more desk space for a clean and efficient set-up.
ASUS TUF Gaming VG34WQML5F

This VG34WQML5F model is 34” in size with a 1500R curvature and is built around a Fast VA LCD technology panel. It features a 3440 x 1440, a 0.5ms G2G response time spec and a wide colour gamut covering 95% of the DCI-P3 colour space.
The 240Hz / 480Hz refresh rates are supported by adaptive-sync for VRR from compatible systems which includes support for the AMD ‘FreeSync Premium’ scheme. It also features Asus’s Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) technology to help reduce motion blur and ghosting.
Asus’s useful DisplayWidget Center software is also included which helps you control and customise your Asus monitor, via mouse control, to meet your gaming needs. There is limited HDR support with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification only.
Both models offer a a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments, and are compatible with the TUF Gaming Monitor Arm AAS02.
ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQML5F

Moving onto the smaller VG27AQML5F model which is 27” in size, with a flat format, and is built around a Fast IPS LCD technology panel. It offers a 2560 x 1440 resolution, a 0.3ms G2G response time spec and a wide colour gamut covering 95% of the DCI-P3 colour space.
The high 320Hz refresh rate is supported by adaptive-sync for VRR from compatible systems, including support for the AMD ‘FreeSync Premium’ and NVIDIA ‘G-sync Compatible’ schemes. It also uses Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync (ELMB-sync) technology to reduce motion blur and ghosting, that can be used at the same time as VRR.
Additionally, Asus DisplayWidget Centre software allows users to adjust their settings with a mouse instead of physical buttons. To further enhance your gaming experience this screen also incorporates features such as GameVisual, AI Visual, Crosshair, Timer, FPS Counter and Display Alignment. Again, HDR support is limited with HDR10 and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification only.
Both models offer a a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments, and are compatible with the TUF Gaming Monitor Arm AAS02.
