At CES this year Acer have unveiled a range of new monitors including two new ultrawide OLED monitors, the 39″ Predator X39 and 34″ Predator X34 X (pictured above). These new screens will offer 3440 x 1440 resolutions and 240Hz refresh rate, and are built around LG.Display’s latest WOLED panels that we discussed in our recent OLED roadmap update video. They are curved in format with an 800R curvature, and offer a 0.01ms G2G response time spec, a wide colour gamut with 99% DCI-P3 coverage, and certification under the VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black tier for HDR (not to be confused with the normal HDR 400 tier).

The 240Hz refresh rate of the new screens is supported by adaptive-sync for VRR, including certification under the AMD ‘FreeSync Premium’ scheme. They also offer USB type-C for single cable connectivity that includes DP Alt mode, 90W power delivery and data transport. The screens also include KVM functionality.

Further specs and information to be added when we get them.
