Philips 34B2U3600C Business Monitor Launched with a Curved 34” Ultrawide VA Panel

Phillips have just launched their first ever TCO certified, generation 10 business monitor aimed at professional users. The Philips 34B2U3600C features a 34” ultrawide screen size, and is built around a VA technology panel. It offers a 3440 x 1440 resolution, 1500R curvature and a 120Hz refresh rate.

In other specs the 34” ultrawide 3440×1440 resolution VA panel has a 21:9 aspect ratio, a 110 PPI pixel density, 4ms G2G response time spec, 3500:1 contrast ratio, 300 nits brightness (SDR), 178/178 viewing angles, a 10-bit colour depth with 1.07 billion colours and 12-bit internal processing, and a wide colour gamut covering 120% sRGB and 104% NTSC. The 120Hz refresh rate is supported by adaptive-sync for variable refresh rates from compatible systems.
The screen can support PiP/PbB modes for handling multiple devices, and has a built in Smart KVM switch allowing users to switch between sources with the click of a button and use a single keyboard and mouse setup for multiple systems.

Other features to ensure safe and comfortable viewing include “SoftBlue” low blue light and Flicker free technologies. It also is TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe certified and the screen comes with an anti-glare coating.
The stand provides tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments, and the screen has built-in 2x 5W speakers and comes with an extended 5-year warranty.
Connectivity
For connectivity there are 1x DisplayPort 1.4 and 1x HDMI 2.0 ports. There’s also 1x USB-C port (with DP Alt mode, data and 90W power delivery) as well as 4x USB data ports, an audio output and Ethernet RJ45 connection.
