Dell Alienware AW3425DW Officially Released with 34″ Ultrawide 240Hz QD-OLED Panel

Following on from the announcement in early March, Dell have today officially released their new 34″ ultrawide QD-OLED monitor in their Alienware gaming monitor line-up and it is listed on their product page here (affiliate link). The AW3425DW is the successor to the very popular AW3423DW and AW3423DWF that were released back in 2022, with the former actually being the first consumer OLED gaming monitor released at the time. Dell have utilised a newer QD-OLED panel from Samsung Display for this new model, a Gen 2 panel in fact (the older models used a Gen 1 panel) which has an increased refresh rate of 240Hz, a step up from the old 175Hz offered. It retains the same 3440 x 1440 resolution though for its 34″ ultrawide, 21:9 aspect ratio panel.
