Philips have announced their new 34″ ultrawide monitor in their Momentum gaming display line-up. The 345M1CR is a curved screen based on a VA technology panel and offers a 3440 x 1440 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and low input lag. A 1ms MPRT spec is also listed as the screen features a blur reduction mode. Adaptive-sync is supported with a 48 – 144Hz range, allowing for VRR from both AMD and NVIDIA systems.

Spec wise the 34″ ultrawide screen offers a 3440 x 1440 resolution, 4ms G2G response time (1ms MPRT with blur reduction mode), 3000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 16.7m colour depth and a wide gamut covering ~119% sRGB (100% NTSC, 90% Adobe RGB).

The screen comes factory calibrated with a low dE <2 and the spec implies there is an available sRGB emulation mode as well. 2x DisplayPort, 2x HDMI 2.0, 4x USB 3.2 and a headphone jack are provided for connectivity and the stand offers tilt and height adjustments. Picture In Picture (PiP) and Picture by Picture (PbP) are both supported as well .

The screen is listed on some regional Philips pages, but there is no confirmation of release date or pricing in regions like the UK or US at the moment.
