MSI Unveil The World’s First 32″ 4K 360Hz QD-OLED Monitor, with ‘Triple-Mode’ Support

MSI are set to debut their new Triple-Mode gaming monitor at Computex 2026 next week. The MPG OLED 322URDX36 powerhouse will feature a brand-new panel from Samsung Display that was announced this week, offering a 32” 5th Gen Penta Tandem QD-OLED panel, with a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution and a native 360Hz refresh rate.
A ground-breaking (and previously unannounced) “Triple-Mode” function will allow you to switch between 4K at 360Hz, 1440p at 520Hz and 1080p at a massive 680Hz depending on your gaming scenario. That’s an extension of the feature Samsung Display announced for this new panel, which will be their first to feature a “dual-mode” type capability and offers a great range of potential use-cases.
We first bought you news of this new panel from Samsung Display earlier in the week and you can check out that article here for more information.

MSI MPG 322URDX36 specs
We don’t have a full spec sheet yet from MSI but here is what we do know so far…
This is a 31.5” sized screen (32” class) with a flat format, offering a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution and built around Samsung Display’s latest Penta Tandem QD-OLED panel technology. Its RGB stripe-sub-pixel layout will help eliminate fringing and text clarity problems to enhance the image, whilst the display is also equipped with ‘DarkArmor’ film to give 40% deeper blacks, 3H Hardness and 2.5x scratch Resistance.

HDR Specs
The screen delivers first-class HDR capabilities with certification under the VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 tier (the first monitor we’ve seen announced so far featuring this tier!) and a peak brightness spec of 1500 nits for an impressive HDR experience. That’s a step up from the 1300 nits from their 34″ ultrawide model released this year even.
The screen will also support MSI’s exclusive ‘Uniform Luminance’ feature which allows users to customise their HDR curve. It will also offer 600 nits for 10% APL and 350 nits for 100% APL to meet the DisplayHDR 600 True Black certification.
‘Triple-Mode’ refresh rates support

The 360Hz / 520Hz / 680Hz refresh rates will be supported by adaptive-sync for VRR from compatible systems, which will include support for NVIDIA ‘G-sync Compatible’ scheme. Other gaming features we are aware of at this time include MSI’s AI Navigator software and it comes certified under the VESA ClearMR 18000 tier to offer superior motion clarity with minimal motion blur.
Safety enhancements are at the forefront of this design too with MSI’s OLED Care 3.0 feature set which includes their exclusive AI Care Sensor to mitigate the risk of burn-in and help ensure the longevity of the panel.
Connectivity
Connectivity options include DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20), along with a USB type-C port (with DP Alt Mode and 98W power delivery).
