MSI PRO MP275QPDG 27″ Business Productivity Docking Monitor Launched

MSI have released information about their new PRO MP275QPDG monitor which will be showcased at CES in January. The PRO MP275QPDG is a 27″ screen aimed at business and productivity uses, featuring a range of features designed to make your life easier and more productive for work. This includes a USB type-C dock, RJ45 Ethernet connection, integrated webcam and daisy chain support.

MSI PRO MP275QPDG Specs
The screen is 27″ in size with a flat format IPS-type panel and a 2560 x 1440 resolution. The panel offers a 4ms G2G response time, 1300:1 contrast ratio, 250 nits brightness (SDR), 178/178 viewing angles, a 10-bit colour depth and a standard colour gamut covering 100% sRGB. It has a 100Hz refresh rate which offers an improved smoothness even in desktop applications over 60Hz-only panels, with adaptive-sync also supported for VRR.

The stand offers a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments. The G-sensor technology ensures seamless adaptability, automatically adjusting your screen’s orientation with every movement. Whether you’re switching from landscape to portrait mode or repositioning your device, the G-sensor delivers an effortless, intuitive experience that enhances both productivity and comfort.

A wide range of connectivity

For connectivity the screen offers 1x USB type-C (with 98W power delivery, data and DP Alt mode) which allows for single cable connectivity from compatible devices. There are also 1x DisplayPort 1.2a input (+ 1x DP 1.2a output for daisy chaining), and 2x HDMI 2.0b connections for video. There are also 4x USB data ports available and a headphone jack.

A KVM switch function allows seamless device switching with one monitor, while PiP/PbP modes are supported for handling multiple video inputs at once. An integrated RJ45 LAN port also makes network connectivity simpler.
Daisy Chain support

The screen also features daisy chain support, enabling dual monitors to connect in series with a single cable, minimizing the number of ports needed. This allows you to reduce clutter and enhance your workspace for a smooth, multi-monitor experience. The Daisy Chain function requires a USB Type-C cable as the video output source. A Display Port cable will be needed to connect the monitors completing the daisy chain.
Integrated webcam, mic and speakers

An integrated webcam, mic and 2x2W speakers deliver clear, high-quality online meetings. The screen also supports the MSI Productivity Intelligence (P.I.) app which provides the smartest tools with efficient functions to you while working with it everyday.

Pricing and availability
The screen should be released very soon, likely before the end of Q4. The RRP is EUR 399 (incl. VAT) or USD $499 (excl. VAT).
