LG UltraGear 45GX90SA and 39GX90SA Ultrawide OLED Monitors with WebOS Integration Launched

LG have launched new 39″ and 45″ OLED monitors in their UltraGear line-up offering a 3440 x 1440 resolution, 240Hz refresh rate and this time including their WebOS smart TV software. The 39GX90SA (39″) and 45GX90SA (45″) follow on from the smaller 34″ (34GX90SA) model we’ve seen in the past and feature a range of high-end features, Smart TV functions and integrated apps for those who want a combined monitor and smart TV.

Specs
Spec wise both models are basically the same, except for the size difference and the colour of the design. The 39″ model (and also the 34″ model) are in a white finish, while the 45″ model is in a black finish.
They are built around an 800R curvature LG.Display WOLED panel and offer a 3440 x 1440 resolution, 0.03ms G2G response time, 1.5 million:1 contrast ratio, 275 nits brightness (SDR), 178/178 viewing angles, 10-bit colour depth and a wide colour gamut covering 98.5% DCI-P3.
Both models sport a 240Hz refresh rate which is supported by adaptive-sync for VRR, including certification under the AMD ‘FreeSync Premium’ and NVIDIA ‘G-sync Compatible’ schemes. For HDR they are certified under the VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black tier and offer a peak brightness of 1300 nits (1.5%) for HDR. The stand offers tilt, height and swivel adjustments.
