KTC M32P10 with 31.5″ 4K IPS Panel, 144Hz and 1152-zone Mini LED Backlight
KTC have launched a new monitor in their range, the 31.5″ sized M32P10. This screen offers a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution combined with a 144Hz refresh rate, and includes a 1152 zone Mini LED backlight as well for high end HDR performance. It extends the company’s range of monitors, something that we discussed back in November 2022, followed by reviews of a couple of their displays.
The new M32P10 is built around a ‘Fast IPS’ panel, offering a 144Hz refresh rate which supported by adaptive-sync for variable refresh rate support from compatible NVIDIA and AMD systems. A Quantum Dot screen coating helps support a wide colour gamut with 100% sRGB, 98% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB coverage quoted. Thanks to the 1152 zone Mini LED backlight the screen meets the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 tier as well including a peak brightness of 1000 nits, and also supporting a 10-bit colour depth.
For connectivity there are 1x DisplayPort 1.4 (with DSC), 2x HDMI 2.1 (capabilities not listed) and 1x USB type-C (with DP Alt mode and 45W power delivery) offered. There are also 2x USB 3.0 data ports and a headphone jack. There is a KVM function built in to the screen as well. The stand offers tilt, height and swivel adjustments.
Update 26/10/23 – The screen is available to buy now in North America from Amazon at a current price at the time of writing of $1,199.99.
