AOC Q27G4K Unveiled with a 27” 1440p IPS panel and 400Hz Refresh Rate

AOC have launched a new gaming monitor in China for competitive gamers who want an ultra-high refresh rate combined with impressive visuals. The AOC Q27G4K delivers a 27” sized screen, built around a ‘Fast IPS’ technology panel, that offers 2560 x 1440 resolution and a 400Hz refresh rate.
AOC Q27G4K Specs
The screen is 27” in size with a flat format and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It offers a 2560 x 1440 resolution with a response time spec of 1ms G2G, a 400Hz refresh rate, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 nits SDR brightness (450 nits peak for HDR), 178/178 viewing angles, a native 10-bit colour depth and supports a wide colour gamut covering 100% of the sRGB and 95% of the DCI-P3 colour spaces. The 400Hz refresh rate is supported by adaptive-sync for VRR from compatible systems.
Other gaming-related features and settings of the model include Game Tone Adjustment, Shadow Control, Dynamic Crosshairs and an FPS counter. It also includes a black stabiliser for better visibility in dark scenes, and features a flicker free backlight and blue light reduction for extended game play.
The stand offers tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments.

Connectivity
For connectivity there is 1x DisplayPort 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.1 ports and a headphone jack. PiP/PbP support is also offered for handling multiple video inputs.
Pricing and availability
The screen has been unveiled for China initially, but a global release date or information on pricing has not yet been confirmed. More information as and when we get it on availability in other regions.
