AOC Launch the AGON Pro AG256FK Gaming Monitor with a 24.5″ Fast IPS 1080p 420Hz Panel

AOC have recently unveiled a high-performance gaming monitor in their popular AGON Pro series aimed at competitive esports gamers. This small format 24.5″ sized screen features a ‘Fast IPS’ LCD panel, offering a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a fast 420Hz refresh rate, which, when combined with speedy response times and Motion Blur Reduction technology, is designed to help you stay one step ahead of the competition.
AOC AGON Pro AG256FK Specs

This is a small format 24.5” sized screen with a flat format. It is built around a ‘Fast IPS’ LCD technology panel that offers a 1920 x 1080 resolution, 1ms G2G response time spec (0.3ms MPRT), 1000:1 contrast ratio, 400 nits brightness (SDR), 178/178 viewing angles, 16.7 colour depth and an extended colour gamut covering 99% of the sRGB and 91% of the DCI-P3 colour spaces. The monitor is also factory-calibrated to ensure a Delta E<2 accuracy.

The high 420Hz refresh rate of the panel is supported by adaptive-sync for variable refresh rates from compatible systems. It has limited HDR support meeting the bottom tier DisplayHDR 400 standard and only and offering a peak brightness of 450 nits.
Gaming features include AOC’s G-Menu and e-sports Menu, Dynamic Crosshair, Sniper Scope, Dark Field Control, Frame Counter and MBR/MBR Sync Low-Motion-blur technology.

The screen is built with user comfort in mind utilising Flicker-free and LowBlue Light technologies for healthier eyes, and the stand offers a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments. It also comes with RGB Light FX at the back for more immersive gameplay.
Connectivity

The connectivity options include 2x HDMI 2.1 connections, 1x DisplayPort 1.4 input, 1x USB-A 3.2 Gen1 port and a headphone jack. It also offers PiP/PbP support for handling multiple devices.
