AOC AGON Pro AGP277QKD Announced with a 27″ Tandem WOLED Panel and 540Hz / 720Hz Dual-Mode

AOC have introduced their new AGON Pro AGP277QKD monitor. This will be the first monitor in AOC’s line-up to feature the latest Primary RGB Tandem panel from LG Display, offering improved brightness, colours and black depth compared to previous Gen WOLED panels. It boasts a 2560x 1440 resolution and a super-fast 540Hz native refresh rate, which can be boosted to an even faster 720Hz using the dual-mode function when dropping to a 720p resolution.
AOC AGON Pro AGP277QKD Specs

This display is 26.5″ in size (27″ class) with a flat format. It offers a 2560 x 1440 resolution, 110 PPI pixel density, 0.02ms G2G response time spec, 1.5 million:1 contrast ratio, 335 nits brightness (SDR), 178/178 viewing angles, 10-bit colour and a wide colour gamut covering 100% of the sRGB and 99.5% of the DCI-P3 colour spaces. It also offers a factory calibrated Delta E < 2 accuracy too.
The dual-mode 540Hz/720Hz refresh rates are supported by adaptive-sync for VRR from compatible systems and it is certified under the NVIDIA ‘G-sync compatible’ scheme. Gaming features are in abundance including AOC’s G-Menu, Low Input Lag, Dynamic Crosshair, Dark Area Control, Frame Counter, Game Colour, Game Modes and Shadow Control.

For HDR the screen has been certified under the VESA DisplayHDR 500 TrueBlack tier and has a peak brightness of 1500 nits peak brightness (3% APL), allowing for a brighter and more colourful image with a better contrast between light and dark.
For user comfort LowBlue Mode and Flicker Free technologies, both of which have been certified under TUV Rheinland Eyesafe standards, are included to help reduce eye strain. AOC’s screen is equipped with a Anti-Glare Low Reflection (AGLR) screen coating to help minimise reflections whilst maintaining image clarity and colour accuracy, as opposed to any glossy coating approach.

The screen offers a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments. It also comes with a handy headphone hook and RGB Light FX at the back. AOC’s latest OLED Care system is also included to help mitigate the risk of panel burn-in, thus increasing the longevity of the panel.
Connectivity
For connectivity there are 2x HDMI 2.1 connections, 1x DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20 tier), 3x USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports and a headphone jack. In addition there are 2x 5W integrated speakers and PiP/PbP support for handling multiple devices.

Availability and pricing
This screen has only appeared in China with details about pricing and global availability still awaited.
