AOC CS24A Unveiled with a Counter Strike 2 Special Edition 24″ 610Hz Refresh Rate Panel

For all of you Counter Strike 2 enthusiasts AOC have recently announced their new AOC CS24A gaming monitor, featuring a CS2-inspired design in black and gold colours and a CS2 themed human interface controller. The screen is 24.1” in size and is built around a ‘Fast TN Film’ panel and offers a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a whopping 610Hz refresh rate.

AOC CS24A Specs

In all other areas the AOC CS24A is similar to the AGON Pro AG246FK6 which we discussed back in March. The screen is 24.1” in size with a flat format. It has a 1920 x 1080 resolution, 0.5ms G2G response time spec (0.3ms MPRT), 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 nits brightness (SDR), 170/160 viewing angles, 8-bit colour depth and an extended colour gamut covering 99% of the sRGB and 90% of the DCI-P3 colour spaces. The very high 610Hz refresh rate is supported by adaptive-sync for VRR.

It offers a range of gaming-focussed features including AOC G-Menu, Dynamic Crosshair, Flicker-Free technology, Frame Counter, Low Input Lag, a Motion Blur Reduction mode and Shadow Control settings.

The stand offers a full range of tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments and the rear shell features AOC’s Light FX atmospheric LED lights.

Connectivity

The screen offers 1x DisplayPort 1.4 and 2 x HDMI 2.1 connections, along with 4x USB data ports and a headphone jack. The screen also offers PiP/PbP support for handling multiple video inputs.
