Acer Announce New Smart TV and Portable Monitors in their Nitro Series

The latest Acer Nitro Google TV smart monitors are designed for a wide range of users, from gamers to professionals and everyday users. First up, the Acer Nitro GA321QK P features a 31.5″ 4K display (3840×2160) with a 165 Hz refresh rate. For those who crave immersive entertainment, the Acer Nitro GA341CUR W0 offers a 34″ ultrawide QHD display (3440×1440) with a fast 240 Hz refresh rate. Both Acer Nitro models are Google TV devices, bringing together movies, shows, apps, and more for personalized entertainment experiences. They also support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connections, and Google Cast, allowing for seamless wireless screen-mirroring from multiple devices including smartphones, tablets, or PCs.

This model is 31.5″ in size with a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution VA technology panel. It offers a 0.5ms G2G response time spec, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 250 nits SDR brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 8-bit +FRC colour depth and a standard colour gamut covering 99% sRGB.
For connectivity there are 1x DisplayPort 1.4 and 2x HDMI 2.1 connections, along with 1x USB type-C (with DP Alt mode, data and 90W power delivery). There’s also a 2 port USB hub and an audio output, along with 2x 5W integrated speakers and a fully adjustable stand with tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments.

This model is a 34″ ultrawide model with a 21:9 aspect ratio and a 3440 x 1440 resolution VA technology panel. It offers a 1ms VRB response time spec (suggesting the availability of a blur reduction mode), 4000:1 contrast ratio, 250 nits SDR brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 8-bit +FRC colour depth and a standard colour gamut covering 99% sRGB.

For connectivity there are 1x DisplayPort 1.4 and 2x HDMI 2.1 connections, along with 1x USB type-C (with DP Alt mode, data and 90W power delivery). There’s also a 2 port USB hub and an audio output, along with 2x 5W integrated speakers and an adjustable stand with tilt and height adjustments.
Acer Nitro PG271K portable monitor

The versatile Acer Nitro PG271K portable monitor provides flexibility for those that need an extra display on-the-go. The ultra-thin and space-saving monitor features a 27″ 4K display (3840×2160) with a somewhat unusual 72 Hz refresh rate, but also supports DFR (Dynamic Frequency and Resolution) technology for Full HD (1920×1080) at 144 Hz if you need something faster for gaming.

Its IPS technology panel ensures consistent and accurate colours from any viewpoint. The adjustable kickstand and VESA wall mount compatibility make it easy to set up and use in any environment. This portable monitor has a 0.5ms G2G response time spec, 250 nits SDR brightness, 178/178 viewing angles, 8-bit +FRC colour depth and a wide colour gamut covering 95% DCI-P3.
For connectivity there are 1x HDMI 2.0 and 2x USB type-C connections as well as an audio output. There’s also some simple 2x 1W integrated speakers and a tilt-only stand.
Pricing and availability
The Acer Nitro PG271K monitor will be available in EMEA, starting at EUR 499. There’s no information on pricing or availability yet for the two other Nitro monitors here.
