MSI MAG G274QPF X30MV Announced with a 27″ 1440p 300Hz Rapid VA Panel and Mini LED Backlight

MSI have recently unveiled a new gaming monitor in their line-up with a 27” ‘Rapid VA’ panel, with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and 300Hz refresh rate. It also features a 1152-zone Mini LED backlight to offer high-end HDR performance and brightness.

The screen is 27” in size with a flat format. It’s built around a Rapid VA panel and offers a 2560 x 1440 resolution, 0.5ms G2G response time spec, a high 4500:1 contrast ratio, 400 nits brightness (SDR), 178/178 viewing angles, 8-bit +FRC colour depth and a very wide colour gamut covering 152% of the sRGB, 97% of the DCI-P3 and 99% of the Adobe RGB colour spaces. It offers a factory calibration with Delta E<2 accuracy. It has a 300Hz refresh rate which is supported by adaptive-sync for VRR.
Gaming features include AI Navigator, AI Crosshair, AI Vision, Console Mode and Optix Scope while the Anti-Flicker and Less Blue Light technologies provide a more comfortable viewing experience.

The 1152-zone Mini LED backlight and Quantum Dot technology offers high-end HDR capabilities, with excellent local dimming, as well as certification under the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 tier and a peak brightness spec of 1000 nits.

The stand offers tilt, height, swivel and rotate adjustments.

Connectivity
For connectivity there are 1x Display 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.1 connections and a headphone jack. The screen also offers PiP/PbP support for handling multiple inputs.
