LG Announce the 32GX870B, Their First 32″ 4K Tandem WOLED Monitor

LG have released some details about another new monitor that will be launched in 2026 and showcased at CES next week. The 32GX870B is a 32″ sized screen with a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution and 240Hz native refresh rate, along with a dual-mode function which allows you to switch to 480Hz at 1080p. What makes this model different to previous offerings in their range that have these same specs, is that this will be the first to use a new 4th Gen ‘Primary RGB Tandem’ WOLED panel, or just “Tandem WOLED” as these will now be known. This offers improvements to brightness, colours and blacks compared with earlier 3rd Gen 32″ WOLED panels.

LG 32GX870B specs

The screen is 31.5″ in size (32″ class) with a flat format. It offers a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution, 0.03ms G2G response time, 99.5% DCI-P3 colour gamut and certification under the VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black tier – a step up from the previous TB400 certification of their previous 32″ WOLED panels.

The screen also includes their recently announced A.I. features, including 4K AI Upscaling, AI Scene Optimization and AI Sound. Connectivity includes DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20 tier), HDMI 2.1 and USB type-C (with DP Alt mode and 90W power delivery).
