Acer PE320QK X is the First PE0 Series Professional Monitor with a 32″ 4K OLED Panel and is Calman Verified

Acer have recently announced the first monitor in their PE0 series, aimed at creators, designers and professional users, specifically those looking for high levels of colour accuracy. The PE320QK X has also achieved the ‘Calman Verified’ certification which provides a further level of trust and validated for this new screen. It’s a 32″ sized OLED monitor (accurately 31.5″) with a 3840 x 2160 “4K” resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. From the specs it looks like it might be built around Samsung Display’s QD-OLED panel that is widely used in other 32″ 4K OLED monitors.
“We are proud to collaborate with Acer on the PE0 series,” stated Eric Brumm, President & CEO of Portrait Displays. “By achieving Calman Verified status, the PE320QK X demonstrates our shared commitment to delivering industry-leading color precision and visual excellence for creators worldwide.”
In other specs the screen offers a 0.01ms G2G response time, 10-bit colour depth and a wide colour gamut covering 99% sRGB according to the press release, although this must surely have a wide colour gamut as well. The 99% sRGB coverage is listed in relation to its calibration and ‘Calman Verified’ status that offers dE < 1 accuracy.
The press release says that “this monitor guarantees true-to-life color reproduction for creative professionals who demand precision out of the box. Beyond color performance, the PE320QK X ensures smooth and responsive visuals, making it ideal for animators and designers who demand seamless transitions and lifelike motion replication.”
Other specs and features are not listed at this time, so we’ve reached out to Acer for more details and will update this news piece when we have them.
